Let Your Work Ethic and Passion Fuel Your Marketing

It’s no secret that small business owners are passionate and hard working. It’s one of the main reasons why people decide to shop small, and it’s probably the reason why you were able to open your doors to begin with.

So, it should come as no surprise that when we asked small business owners to describe their work ethic in one word on our Facebook Page, we received a flood of incredible words, proving yet again how amazing and inspiring you really are.

Here are a few of my favorites:

Infuse your work ethic and passion into your marketing

Incorporating your work ethic and passion into your marketing messages is a great way to stand out. It can also help you develop more personal connections with the people who matter most.

Here are a few ways to do it:

1. Show your employees hard at work

Snap photos of your employees working to make your business a success. You can post those photos on Facebook, add them to your website, or even plug them into your next email newsletter.

You can also try a tool like Instagram to create photos your customers will love and want to share.

2. Solve their problems

Help solve your customers’ biggest challenges by writing blog posts that directly answer their burning questions. Add real-life examples from your own experiences, and offer actionable advice to help them overcome their own challenges and setbacks.
