What’s the story behind the creation of your company?
The speed at which innovations and business models enter the markets has increased dramatically. Even the established and largest organizations in the world face the challenge of keeping up with this pace. It needs new ways and means to respond to rapidly changing technology trends and new customer needs. That is why we founded hatchery. We create the perfect conditions to validate new digital products close to corporate strategy and even closer to the customer. We support established organizations in developing new ideas and business models at start-up speed in scalable quality.
What’s your company culture like?
Our idea of pure start-up culture is a state of mind that leads to what we call “to hatch”: It is the flow we get into when creating new ideas and building companies. A flow that results in a combination of pure creativity and productivity, forgetting everything else around you, focused on one common goal.
What is your team like? How do you work?
Right now, we are a team consisting of more than 20 experts in the fields of design, development, traction and business development. But we don’t really work in departments – We tackle the challenges from our customers with interdisciplinary “Taskforce teams”. The keys for our daily work are our core values which we are all committed to.
