Who are the creators of your brand? What do they do in life, what are they passionate about?
Milestone was founded in 2010, by a group of friends, with the main goal of providing high-quality services based on a culture of proximity. Today we have more than 150 clients, 130 consultants an average annual growth of 20%. Our value proposition is based on the high quality of our services, development of innovative solutions and close relationship with our employees, clients and partners.
What’s the story behind the creation of your company? What inspired you to start your business?
The partners realized that the way most companies were organized, was very difficult to keep close relationships with the clients, and this, of course, used to affect the quality of the services. So, they decided the create their own business with the main goal of providing high-quality services based on a culture of proximity.
What’s your current view on the market you work in? What makes you feel like your brand stands out?
The information technology market is growing exponentially. Our brand stands out by providing innovative solutions, results of understanding our client’s needs and high-quality services through proximity with our clients, employees and partners.
What’s the thing that you appreciate/value/cherish more about what you do as a brand?
Our relationships are valuable. We have many clients, employees and partners that are with us since the beginning and we keep bringing more with the willing and compromise of continuously adding value. We keep a close relationship with our employees and service levels high. We focus on understanding our client’s needs, helping them to find out the best solution.
What’s your company culture like? What is that you want to represent?
Our culture is based on proximity and respect. We´re a company that creates opportunities for our employees to develop their careers and skills, offering a challenging and team player environment, where work-life balance is taken seriously.

We are team players. Our daily work varies on the project and services we are delivering, but the essence is proximity and respect;
