Andrew Solomon

I specialise in advising companies and entrepreneurs on corporate transactions and commercial matters, often dealing with companies in the technology sector.

I have particular expertise in dealing with:

-mergers and acquisitions
-drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
-drafting website documentation
-data protection and privacy concerns

I joined Kingsley Napley in 2008 as a trainee solicitor, having previously spent a year as a paralegal in the corporate department of Ashurst LLP. I qualified in September 2010 after seats in Corporate and Commercial, Employment, Private Client and Family.

Prior to this, I studied American History at Sussex University (including a year spent at the University of California, Irvine), before embarking on the GDL and LPC at the University of Westminster.
