Experience
- BSc or MSc level (or equivalent) education in Accounting, Business, Finance or Management
- Participation in, or management of, financial planning and reporting
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Business acumen and ability to see the big picture
- Knowledge of industrial processes, international trade operations, and consolidation
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Typically, we expect you to have at least 3-4 years of experience in similar roles, or with an international audit firm.
Responsibilities
- Organise and manage the budget, reforecasting and reporting processes
- Prepare budgets and forecasts at team, entity and group level, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flows
- Prepare monthly financial and business reports
- Organise, and reconfigure as needed, the management accounting system
- Structure, organise and summarise complex, multidimensional information for management use and decision support
- Manage relevant IT applications
- Interact with budget owners, collecting factual and background information and sharing results of business analyses
- Analyse variances and interpret trends, based on both financial and non-financial information
- Propose and implement KPIs
- Perform various ad hoc analyses as well as tasks which may be outside the normal scope of controlling
- Write recurrent and ad hoc reports
- Document procedures and instructions relevant to the budget cycle
