DESCRIPTION:Prior to our annual Memex Conference\, we are launching a pre-event Mega Memex Week that is dedicated to creating a dialogue between art and scientific findings in the world of market research! We are celebrating our research\, innovation\, and art with our community here in Kreuzberg! \nBuilding a company upon psychological theory to offer the best possible research has been our mission since 1999. Our core mission is to understand what humans feel\, think\, and do – to see the experience. His artistic practice derives its primal momentum from a melancholic reworking of the heritage of western culture. In his work\, Rudolph brings together tradition and innovation by mixing a classic genre such as painting with new media such as virtual and ‘augmented reality. \n  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJOULIA STRAUSS\n\n\nThursday\, 16.9. 16:00 \nJoulia Strauss is an artist\, activist\, and multimedia sculptor. She was born in the Soviet Union among the Mari people\, one of the last indigenous cultures in Europe with a shamanic tradition\, and lives in Berlin and Athens. Joulia stands for a disciplinary art as well as for the unity of technology\, science\, activism\, and art. She forms sculpture systems as political models. \n  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMARCUS SENDLINGER\n\n\nFriday\, 17.9. 16:00 \nThe works of the Berlin-based artist Marcus Sendlinger deal with urban life\, its abysses\, and its beauty. He collages\, mixes\, and abstracts found objects and thus recontextualizes civilizational phenomena. With his works\, he moves between urban traumas and oscillating worlds. They document the vibrating pulse of the information age as well as the nervous restlessness of people in big cities. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMARIA DAVA\n\n\nMonday\, 20.9. 16:00 \nMaria Dava is a painter and sculpturist born in Lithuania. She spent most of her adulthood living between the United Kingdom\, Egypt\, and Lithuania. Her culture exchange inspires motifs in painting as she examines the role of feminism in an all-changing world. She is currently completing her last exhibition titles “A wrinkle in time” pieces exposing the abstract emotions around ageing in womanhood. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMFIKELA JEAN SAMUEL\n\n\nTuesday\, 21.9. 16:00 \nMfikela Jean Samuel is an African Contemporary Artist (Painter) of many pursuits. His primary medium is Acrylic on Canvas\, but he occasionally works with Artist oil colours. Mfikela Samuel’s primary source of inspiration comes from his African Cultural Heritage especially the ways of life of his lineage both past and present\, his brushstrokes\, bold and vibrant colours depict the vast richness of his diverse Cultural story. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIVY LEE\nWednesday\, 22.9. 16:00 \nIvy Lee is an Asian-American hobbyist artist based in Berlin exploring many themes in the world of digital art. Currently\, she’s looking to expand her horizons as an artist through the means of combining digital sculptures\, self-made photographs\, and digital painting onto one canvas.
