With close to 20 years’ sector experience Ben has helped manage the reputations of some of the biggest players in the communications and IT industry, as well as building those of start-ups and transitioning those of high-growth organisations experiencing significant change.
Ben’s expertise is in creating opinion-based points of view that contextualise enterprise technology for the audiences and markets that clients need to influence; such as his work with SAP where he helped position R/3 as the foundation for successful e-business; for Adobe working to establish the link between document management and customer service innovation; and for Vodafone communicating a unified communications strategy for SME’s in the UK.

Claire Landon, freelance journalist, conference producer and copywriter. Claire has covered the Telecoms, Media & Technology sector since 2005, writing for Mergermarket, Thomson Reuters and TelecomFinance magazine, which she edited for four years. She has also published articles on lifestyle and culture for publications including The Wall Street Journal Europe.
Currently, she is also managing the PR and marketing side of her designer/maker husband Daniel Spring’s furniture business relaunch which gives her a full circle view of now being at the other side of journalists! Claire has a BA in History and Spanish from the University of Michigan, and an MA in Technical and Specialised Translation from the University of Westminster.
Nick is UK Sales & Marketing Manager and part owner of 90 Seconds, an innovative web video production company founded in New Zealand. He has been involved in the creation of web video content with 90 Seconds for the past 3 years. 90 Seconds focusses on providing cost effective, dynamic video solutions to its clients and have produced over 3,000 web videos for a myriad of clients from Fortune 500 to pure start-up. Nick was influential in 90 Seconds entry into the UK over the past year in which time he has developed a number of key partnerships and ventures to assist the UK SME market realise and harness the power of on-line video.
Prior to joining the 90 Seconds Management team, Nick was a Sales and Marketing Manager for the global recruitment company Kelly Services and brings to the table over 10 years experience in Solution Selling and Marketing for business. Nick’s approach is one that identifies the ‘Outcome’ first and works with clients to achieve this, and he is also a believer in always applying uncomplicated Sales and Marketing strategies in business.
Dragos handles all aspects of marketing at uberVU. He has a background in online copywriting and a BSc in Computer Science, a mix that allows him to deeply understand technology marketing. Dragos is also a serial entrepreneur and likes to help early stage startups with their marketing strategy. He is an official mentor in many early stage startup accelerators, including Seedcamp, Ignite, Springboard and TechCity.
